Apprenticeship Week 2010 takes place from Monday 1st February until Friday 5th February 2010.

In conjunction with a number of sector skills councils, SELLLN is discussing different approaches to facilitate progression for Advanced (level 3) Apprentices to higher education.

SELLLN has funded the development of a 'Progress to HE' module, which is being developed and validated by Goldsmiths, University of London, and will be worth 30 credits at level 4. A teaching manual is being produced and will be available alongside the module. The module will be launched at a SELLLN event, details to be posted shortly. The network also hopes to support a small pilot of the module, with employers in the creative industry in South East London, later this year.
