Over one hundred students and tutors from SELLLN partner colleges joined ambassadors, SELLLN and University of Greenwich staff for the Business School Experience. The event was held on Monday 29th March 2010 at the picturesque Greenwich Maritime Campus. An exciting programme included a taster lecture, a talk on the benefits of higher education and applying through UCAS, and a choice of morning and afternoon workshops:
SELLLN is funding the Sorrell Foundation’s Young Design Programme with Lambeth College, Southwark College and South Thames College, and the University of Greenwich School of Architecture and Construction. The core work of the programme will take place over three weeks in May 2010. Further Education students will work as client teams, identifying a design issue within their college and working with university student design teams from the Design and Architecture degrees at the University of Greenwich.

Partnership links between London South Bank University and Lewisham College have been promoted via new progression agreements negotiated by SELLLN. Martin Earwicker, the Vice Chancellor of London South Bank University, and Maxine Room, Principal of Lewisham College, signed a series of agreements for Computing and Business Studies courses.
Delegates at SELLLN's Third Year Conference were the first people to receive copies of the Progression Agreement Toolkit. SELLLN has been developing the toolkit this year as an important part of its strategy to embed progression agreements within partner institutions.
